Ducted Fume Hood Features:

• The shell is made of 1.0mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate in the CNC machining center, cut, positioned and punched, bent and welded, and then sprayed with epoxy resin powder and baked and cured at high temperature after pickling and phosphating treatment.
• The cold-rolled sheet has high adhesion and beautiful appearance.
• The inner shell is made of 5mm gray anti-fold special board, which is a special anti-corrosion material for the laboratory that is resistant to acid, alkali and organic solvents.
• The inner shell is equipped with a detachable maintenance hole, which is convenient for maintaining the circuit, water circuit and air circuit.
• The operating table is made of 12.7mm solid core physical and chemical board, which is resistant to acid and alkali, chemical solvent corrosion, non-toxic, and has a long service life.
• After all steel plates are welded and sprayed with epoxy resin, they are visually smooth and have no solder joints.
• All water, electricity, and gas circuits are required to be safe, applicable, and hidden installation.
• A maintenance hole is provided on the back panel of the cabinet to facilitate maintenance and security inspection.
