Working principle of Constant Temperature Bath:
Thermistors convert the temperature of the water in the sink into a resistance value, which is amplified and compared by an integrated amplifier to output a control signal. This effectively controls the average heating power of the electric heating tube, keeping the water in the sink at a constant temperature.
Features of Constant Temperature Water Bath:
- The inner tank of this series of water bath pots is constructed from 304 stainless steel using a single stamping process, while the outer shell is crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel through folding and welding techniques. A stainless steel tubular heater is horizontally positioned within the sink, and a perforated stainless steel shelf is installed inside the tank.
- The upper cover is constructed from 304 stainless steel, while the ring covers are made of plastic.
- There is a concealed drainpipe on the left side of the water bath and an electrical control box on the right side. The panel is equipped with temperature control instruments and power switches.
- There are electric heating tubes and sensors located inside the electrical box. The temperature control system utilizes advanced microcomputer PID control technology, which offers precise temperature regulation, reliable performance, and ease of use.
